What was the result of the experience?


On an ecotourism tour we had the opportunity to see an Andean bear up close. The impact of the visitors was so great that some were shocked.




How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal wint the situation? 


I knew how to control my nerves and remembered all the protocols to follow in these situations and thus calm the visitors and lead them to a safe visit.




Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?


I would give them some more assertive recommendations at the beginning of the tour so that when these situations happen, people are calm and know what to do.
