Think about an experience at work where you were flexible and adapted to a new situation or a change in the process.

A work experience in which I was flexible, was during a tourist period to the Los Nevados National Natural Park in which the clients were quite upset because they did not allow me entry because I was a local guide and did not have the professional card and well they were paying for the complete tour, I explained very formally and cordially the reason why they did not allow me entry, fortunately they understood the reason and took the tour inside the park without my company and upon return I continued accompanying them and guiding them as is my function.

What sort of movies or books do you like?

I like self-improvement books because they provide tools to improve the quality of life, increase self-confidence and achieve success in different areas.

What’s the name of book or movie that you are going to talk?

The book I am going to talk about is called "The Four Agreements" the author is: Don Miguel Ruiz, a Mexican writer and shaman. The book, published in 1997, is based on ancient Toltec wisdom and presents four principles that, according to the author, can transform a person's life and help them achieve personal freedom and inner peace.

 Did you like it?

Yes, I like that book because it presents simple but profound principles that can transform the life of those who apply them, and it also offers a direct and practical approach to achieving peace of mind, improving relationships, and living more fully and consciously.

What did you think about the movie or book?

I think the book is very good because it encourages a more conscious life, free of limiting beliefs and full of authenticity. The simplicity of its teachings makes it accessible, but at the same time it has profound potential to transform the way we live and relate.

What was it about?

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a self-help book based on the wisdom of the Toltecs, an ancient Mesoamerican civilization. The book proposes four principles or agreements that, when followed, can transform a person's life, helping them free themselves from limiting beliefs and negative patterns that affect inner peace and relationships with others.

The four agreements are:

1. Be impeccable with your words

2. Don't take anything personally

 3. Don't make assumptions

 4. Always do the most you can

The book proposes these agreements as a way to free ourselves from the mental and emotional "blocks" that prevent us from living a fuller, more authentic life free of unnecessary suffering. Each of the agreements is designed to be practical and applicable to daily life.

 Why do you recommend it?

The book is recommended because it provides practical principles for living with greater peace, authenticity and freedom, helping people break limiting beliefs and enjoy a more fulfilling life.

 What else would you recommend?

I recommend looking for more books that delve into topics of personal development, emotional well-being and practical wisdom.
