  Think about an experience at work where you were flexible and adapted to a new situation or a change in the process.  A work experience in which I was flexible, was during a tourist period to the Los Nevados National Natural Park in which the clients were quite upset because they did not allow me entry because I was a local guide and did not have the professional card and well they were paying for the complete tour, I explained very formally and cordially the reason why they did not allow me entry, fortunately they understood the reason and took the tour inside the park without my company and upon return I continued accompanying them and guiding them as is my function.   What sort of movies or books do you like? On an ecotourism tour we had the opportunity to see an Andean bear up close. The impact of the visitors was so great that some were shocked. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal wint the situation?  I knew how to control my nerves and remembered all the protocols to follow in these situations and thus calm the visitors and lead them to a safe visit. Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?
